Interbloc’s Temporary Slip Protection Wall System provides a safe and effective protection wall from supplementary slips.
It is designed to bridge the time gap between the initial clean up and the development of a long term solution - allowing local communities to recover faster.

1. The system is sold as a package in lineal metres.
2. A generic PS1 for the design is issued on order covering a specific region and customer.
3. The blocks are shipped to a location of the customer’s choice for storage until required.
4. Following a slip, initial remediation is undertaken and the Protection Wall System rapidly
deployed to protect against supplementary slips.
5. When no longer required, the wall system is non-destructively dismantled and returned to
storage for reuse.
Make your designs come to life on screen. EnviroBuild is an online tool that helps you design Interbloc walls, bins, bunkers, & more.
Imagine what you can build!
The Envirocon system delivers a 97% reduction in embodied carbon relative to the average carbon cost associated with concrete production*. Interbloc is backed by an Environmental Product Declaration.
Envirocon is a Product Stewardship Scheme accredited by the Minister for the Environment under the Waste Minimisation Act 2008.
At the end of life, Interbloc structures can be non-destructively dismantled and reused. Interbloc can also be sold back to Envirocon via our Buyback Guarantee. This creates a circular economy.
Interbloc is designed to be a high productivity precast wall modular wall system. This means you can install more walls with less inputs relative to substitute systems.
Our wall systems achieve this through our proprietaryinterlocking system shear key, lifting system, and NZ code compliant engineering.
During installation the blocks self-align and positively interlock, meaning two installers using common lifting equipment can build up to 120m2 of wall per day.
Envirocon’s Interbloc precast wall systems are backed by comprehensive, code compliant, structural design methodologies.
While primarily a gravity wall system, Interbloc can bevertically reinforced post installationto form a cantilever wall - increasing the loads the wall can take. Envirocon leverages the establishedReidbar systemfor vertical reinforcing.
For ultra high load retaining walls both you can utilise aMechanically Stabilised Earth wall design.
Interbloc is manufactured locally and we’re continuously expanding our national presence to bring manufacturing even closer to our customers. In doing so we’re
- Reducing the cost of freight
- Delivering sustainability benefits to local communities
- Increasing response times
- Creating local jobs
