Interbloc is a precast concrete wall system. At the heart of the system is an innovative concrete block.
Interbloc delivers an unbeatable combination of benefits - they’re fast to install, they’re flexible and can be reconfigured with ease, they’re durable, fully engineered, and carry a market leading buyback guarantee.
Interbloc is building productivity in New Zealand.
The unique interlocking design on Interbloc concrete blocks means the block is self-locating, so just two people can build upwards of 160m2 of wall per day.
600mm thick concrete walls and multiple reinforcing options deliver strong, durable structures able to handle the toughest environments.
Fully engineered systems using conventional engineering principles, 18 years in the market, and over 2000 structures mean you can trust Interbloc concrete blocks to get the job done.

Interbloc is primarily a gravity based wall system, leveraging the combined mass of the blocks and our unique interlocking design to resist sliding and overturning forces. Gravity walls tend to be used in low load, low height, or non-critical applications. Where required, Interbloc offers two forms of additional wall reinforcing to increase the capacity of the wall.
Interbloc blocks incorporate 600mm reinforcing ducts at 600mm centres. These ducts allow walls to be vertically reinforcing post placement to increase the out of plane bending capacity of the wall. There are two options for this approach - tying the wall together, or tying the wall into the underlying foundation.
A MSE wall is a composite structure consisting of alternating layers of compacted backfill and soil reinforcement elements, fixed to a facing wall. The stability of the wall is derived from the interaction between the backfill and soil reinforcement. Interbloc achieves this by casting geosynthetic ‘fabric’ into the blocks during manufacturing. This process creates a super strong structure capable of carrying high surcharges without compromising speed and flexibility.
